1. General Provisions & Definitions

In this document, "cr77", "platform", "we", or "site" refers to the cr77.bar website and all services under it. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who has created an account on this platform or is using its services.

cr77 is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting, slots, and live gaming services. These terms have been drawn up within the legal framework of Bangladesh and apply equally to all services on the platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each individual may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name, on the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances and bonuses held in them will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, age, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely accurate and up to date. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately. cr77 reserves the right to close any account operated with incorrect or false information at any time.

3. Account Management & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all transactions and activities that take place on your account.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact cr77 support immediately. cr77 will never ask for your password via email or chat — treat any such request as fraudulent.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The currently accepted payment methods on cr77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Transactions through any method other than these four mobile financial services are not accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (the same for each method)
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800

Deposit or withdrawal requests below these limits will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Account verification or additional security checks may occasionally cause this to take longer. When submitting a withdrawal request, ensure that the wagering requirement for any applicable bonus on your account has been completed.

4.4 Transaction Verification

cr77 reserves the right to temporarily hold and investigate any suspicious transaction. Transactions linked to fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity will be cancelled and the associated account will be suspended.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 is available on your first deposit at cr77. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳32,000. The bonus will never exceed ৳10,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the combined deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each user will receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games at cr77.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected in connection with bonus use, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• cr77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games on the cr77 platform use technology from verified software providers to ensure fairness. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which operates impartially without any external interference.

If a technical error occurs during play (server disruption, disconnection, etc.), cr77 reserves the right to make the final decision on the outcome of that round. This decision is not subject to challenge.

In the sports betting section, if any dispute arises over the result of an event, the official result from a recognised source will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Abusing the bonus system or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Playing using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
• Conducting transactions involving money laundering or illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving offensively towards other users.
• Spreading false information in cr77's name or attempting to damage its reputation.
• Fraudulent coordination in betting or participating in match fixing.

8. Limitation of Liability

cr77 and its operating entity shall not be liable for any technical disruptions, data loss, or damage caused by external factors. cr77 is not responsible for any loss resulting from internet disconnection or device issues.

Gaming is a form of entertainment and carries financial risk. cr77 does not provide compensation for any personal, financial, or psychological harm arising from a user's gambling activity on the platform. The user bears full responsibility for playing within their own judgement and means.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Service Suspension or Termination

cr77 may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to verify age or provision of false information.
• In order to comply with legal obligations or regulatory directives.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed, unless it needs to be held pending a security investigation.
